We build homes that suit where they stand: small buildings, modern design, materials that last, and a team that stays on site until every detail is finished.
We design in-house, tender construction to contractors we know, and supervise the work ourselves. A handful of homes per development is not a marketing position — it is the most number one team can hold to a consistent standard of detail.
Our design principles are simple: honest materials, restrained detailing, generous proportion — soft yet corporate, human but precise. Our engineering is Mediterranean: shading, thermal mass, cross-ventilation and waterproofing designed for a climate that reaches 38°C and then delivers a winter's rain in three days.
We publish internal area, covered veranda and outdoor space as separate figures. We put the specification in writing before you reserve. We lodge contracts of sale at the Land Registry promptly. None of that is remarkable — it should simply be normal.
The name
The name Arvora mixes two words: arbor (a tree that grows every year) and aurora (the first light of the day). It stands for four things: rise, ambition, life and lasting value.
The arch is a beginning, drawn upward.
Our logo is a rising arch — the moment a drawing becomes a real place. Every Arvora building starts with a welcoming entrance and plenty of light.

For us, ambition is not about size. Every home gets the care usually kept for the show flat: straight lines, terraces that drain, doors that still close well after ten years.
Rooms that behave well in a Cyprus year.
In Cyprus, a home must handle hot Augusts and rainy Februarys. We plan shade first, fresh air before machines, and outdoor space you can use from morning coffee to late dinner.

We use stone, oak, lime plaster and plants — materials that get better with time. A first flat can become a family home and, later, something you pass on.

Our story
Our story in four steps — from choosing the name to building three collections to one standard.
Arvora mixes two words: arbor (a growing tree) and aurora (first light). We chose it before our first plot because it describes us: patient, rooted and looking ahead.
Limassol was building fast and finishing badly. We do the opposite: small buildings, one team from start to finish, and a size we can check properly ourselves.
The design is simple and calm, with natural materials and generous rooms. The building is made for the local climate: thick walls, deep window frames and waterproofing for hot summers and heavy winter rain.
Collection, Signature and Estates differ in location, size and privacy — never in build quality. Every owner gets the same materials, the same site checks and the same named contact.
