Rules
How the four are used together
- A project card or hero shows construction status and, when it applies, demand status — never availability, because a project is not a single home.
- A residence shows typology, construction status and availability status; demand is a project-level signal only.
- Availability tables use the small size of typology and availability only, so rows stay scannable.
- Demand is derived from remaining availability, so it can never contradict the table.
